Hrskava i sočna piletina bez dodatnih masnoća   Sastojci: 6 do 8 bataka, 500 ml mlaćenice / tečnog jogurta, 1 kašika vegeta mix za piletinu, 1/2 kašičice vegeta papar mix, na vrh noža mlevene ljute paprike, 225 g BBQ chips, 100 g brašna, po ukusu so i biber, 1 kašičica rendane limunove korice Priprema: Piletinu oprati, osušiti kuhinjskim papirom i povegetiti sa obe vegete mix i posuti sa mlevenom paprikom i limunovom koricom. Staviti u dublju zdelu i preliti sa mlaćenicom ili tečnim jogurtom. Pokriti sa najlonom i ostaviti u frižider preko noći.Čips sa začinima po vašem ukusu (  ja sam koristila sa ukusom začina za roštilj/BBQ ) staviti u veću kesu za zamrzivač i smrviti u male sitne komadiće.U pliću i veću posudu staviti smrvljeni čips, dodati sveže samleven biber i vrlo malo soli ( pazite da ne presolite ). Sve to izmešajte sa vašom rukom.Uzimati po jedan batak iz mlaćenice,uvaljati u čips smesu i ređati na pleh koji ste prekrili sa pek papirom. ( ako imate žicu na kojoj možete peći, naređajte ih na žicu ) Peći u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180*C oko pola sata, u zavisnosti koliko su vam veliki parčići mesa. ( sa viljuškom ubosti parče mesa i ako izlazi bezbojna tečnost, meso je pečeno )Poslužiti toplo sa pečenim krompirom i salatom po vašem izboru.Prijatno!!!!English Version:  Oven fried chicken coated with potato chips Very soft and juicy chicken and what is most important there is no oil for frying because this chicken is baked. Ingredients: 6 to 8 chicken drumsticks 500 ml buttermilk 1 teaspoon sea salt 1 teaspoon  Mrs Dash garlic and herbs 1/2 teaspoon black pepper pinch  red pepper flakes ( I used hot ) 225 g BBQ potato chips 100 g flour salt and pepper zest of one lemon Directions: Wash chicken and pat dry with kitchen paper towel.Season with salt,red pepper,black pepper and Mrs Dash seasoning. Put chicken in a big bowl,pour buttermilk over and add lemon zest.Make sure that chicken is coated with buttermilk.Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate over night or at lest few hours ( longer they are marinated in buttermilk, juicer they will be ). In a large freezer bag put chips and crush it in a small pieces. Pour chips in shallow dish add flour salt and pepper.Toss to combine. Tap excess buttermilk off, roll in a chip mixture,pressing lightly. Place on a wire rack and bake in preheated oven on 180*C for about 45 minutes or until juices run clearly when  pierced with fork. Serve hot with roasted potatoes and salad of your choice. Bon Appetit!!!!
